How do you put apps on the main screen of the rumor touch?

I just got my rumor touch, and I knw theres a way to put apps on the home screen, i just don't know how to do it. can anyone help?How do you put apps on the main screen of the rumor touch?

On the main screen, go down to "add",. Select the items you want to dock to your main page, then click "done". To remove them later, click "edit" at the top left of the main screen.
