LG Rumor Touch - How do I use a song I put on my phone for an alarm clock ring?

I know how to save songs in 3g2 format and assign them as ringtones, but can't figure out how to use them for the alarm clock. Can anyone help me out?LG Rumor Touch - How do I use a song I put on my phone for an alarm clock ring?
Message tones and alarm tones have to be .qcp format . Once you convert them then and save them 1st you might have to assign it as ringtone in order to find them in the my audio folder which can only be accessed when you are assigning tones.

If you assign it after you save them then get on gmail or some email provider and send the tone you YOURNUMBER@vmpix.com (YOURNUMBER=your 10 phone number) then you should recieve a text with a attachment which is you qcp tone.
