I called after I purchased it and the representative told me that the phone was supposed to be returned by the owner when he received his upgraded phone. He said that they have locked the phone. I asked him was there any way it could be unlocked even if I paid to have it unlocked and he said no. I have tried and tried to contact the guy that sold this to me and, of course, he is not responding. JERK.I bought a used Virgin Mobile Rumor Touch. I tried to activate it and they said it was locked. Can I unlock?
