As far as I know, you cannot use Windows Movie Maker to put ring tones on the LG Rumor Touch.
However, you can create 3g2 and qcp format ringtones and load them to your phone.How to put ringers on LG Rumor Touch using Windows Movie Maker for Windows 7?
I refuse to deal with rumors.
