I have the LG Rumor Touch from virgin mobile. It's a decent phone, not the best but it works. Yesterday though it started going crazy and everytime I try to send a message it spazzes out and goes back to my wallpaper. It won't let me do anything. I'm getting REALLY aggravated because I need my phone. What should I do? Do you think Virgin Mobile would give me a new one?LG rumor touch virgin mobile phone problems?
If you have a warranty on the phone, whether it is from Virgin mobile or the store you bought the phone from, then you can get a new one. If not, you can not get a new phone.
