Yes you can... Get on the opera mini web browser and go to downloadmusicfree.org and select mp3, enter the song you want and search... When it comes up click download to the far right and another page will pop up select download again and a Lil menu will pop up asking where to save... Select memory card. (if you dont have one get one, won't work without it)
as for apps go to hubpages.com and search LG rumor touch apps. Lots of great info by danatheteacher... I know have many apps and games on my LG rumor touchHow can i download free apps and music to my lg rumor touch?
