when I get a voicemail it says to press a button to call it and i do. but then it says that the number i dialed was incorrect.
i tried dialing my own number which also gets to viocemail and then it says to type in my pass code. when i do it says that its incorrect even though im sure its not.

Maybe your Virgin Mobile Rumor Touch has wrong voicemail settings. Check with your device's user manual or with your carrier.
