Well I am about to buy a used phone online and I was wondering if it held any competition with the rumor touch which obviously doesn't need a data plan, but I was also wondering if it needed one. I'm probably going to go with the rumor touch but still what you guys think the intercept or touch, about the same price but the intercept is like 20 dollars more, so which one?Does the samsung intercept require a data plan and would the rumor touch be good competition?
