Hello, Just as the tittle says the phone is stuck on the please wait screen. To turn it off I have to take the battery out. Is it locked or broke?Lg Rumor touch stuck on Please wait screen when I power it on. Any one know how to fix?
If you have given it up to ten minutes to load on the "please wait" and taking the battery out does not fix it, then you have a broke phone.
One more thing you could try is removing any microSD cards before turning it on and see if that changes anything, but it probably won't.
Get warranty service from Virgin Mobile or Sprint, depending on whose service you are with. You get warranty service for a year.
