I have the rumor touch also, but go through sprint. I would get in touch the your carrier to see what is going on. I have unlimited everything and nothing had went wrong with it so far so seems it isnt the phone itself but carrier.

Why isnt my LG rumor touch recieving pictures?
I got this lg rumor touch from virgin mobile, and i can send pictures but i cant recieve them, HELP!!!Why isnt my LG rumor touch recieving pictures?
