i don't hit any buttons or the touch screen at all but it turns off randomly. then i have to turn it on again and if someone is texting me i don't get their texts after i turn the phone back on. What is wrong with it? this keeps happening alot sometimes every few minutes too.Why does my LG Rumor Touch shut off randomly?
Try fully charging it, if it still happens return it back. Did u get it from sprint? U have 30days to return it and if u got it from Radio Shack then they do sell refurbished phones and u might have one and not even know it, because it's a 3rd party store. U have 15days to return it. More than likely it seems like u have a bad phone.
